It don't recognize my email address when i login my mycokereward account

Why when I login mycokereward account, it says we can't recognize your email or password, I click forgot password and type in my email, it says we can't recognize your email?

Hey Vicotria, that is strange. We can help. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

then when you try to re-register it says your mobile number is already in use by another member! Obviously!
