I tried to enter 6 DIFFERENT CODES only to receive this message:
"Oops: there is an error in the code you entered. Here's some info that might help: Codes aren't case sensitive. No spaces are required. If it looks like an "O", if is actually a zero."
I "talked" with Chip once and he granted me 3 points. After that "Chip" said he had already answered that question, even though I entered it with a DIFFERENT code.
What next? No long holds on phone acceptable.
