Kroger bonus points not awarded | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I recently entered my 3 12pack codes at mycokerewards.com/kroger and did not receive the 10 bonus points. Do you know when these points are supposed to be awarded to my account? Thanks for your help!

Hi Robyn, they should be added to your account automatically. If you still have no received the points in your account, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you
individually.
