Kula hasnt deposited funds

We set our school account up successfully before the end of the first quarter. I was told by kula in an email that the funds would be deposited 90 days after the end of the first quarter. Nothing has been deposited though.

I've emailed them but no response.

What are my options? I'm not happy with Kula, as they are unresponsive and it was very, very, very difficult to set up the bank acct info after i tried to use the physical check option.

I spoke to the KULA people yesterday and according to them they have just received the payout from Coca Cola for all the points that converted in January.  She said they are playing catch up but that funds should be received by schools very soon.
