KULA Not Responding to Inquiry - Not a Happy Customer

Since you decided to partner with KULA, please tell them to respond to your customer's inquiries - Very bad customer service experience with them - Our school no longer shows up in the MCR program and we lost our points from October 2014 - I signed up again, but do not see our school listed - I have contacted KULA several times and no response - Not a happy customer right now!!!!
