ok, I guess I need to post here rather than replying to MCR responses. In reference to non answer, Thanks for the response and yes I called, no tech help available there If you would be so kind to look at the replies to the last question I posted...It lists what I have tried and that where I think the system is stuck is the "MANAGE MY EMAIL PREFERENCES" under communication tab I can sign into my MCR account with no problem, It is the aforementioned link that will not let me log in (using same login info) It just goes back to login. I deliberately used bad info after that and it told me not valid email and such, so......it recognizes the correct email but wont let me in. Could this be what is holding back my newsletter from being sent and is there a way to fix it?

This could be the problem, Joan. Have you spoken with an agent regarding this issue with your account? They will best be able to assist you with this.
