Lied to

My problem is that your company run's promotions that it can't deliver on. I was suppose to get a free plush bear from a promotion that I got from an in store receipt. It stated that if I bought so many 24 pack's I could go to MCR and enter two of the code's and put in the word ARCTIC and I would get my bear. I tried to find where you enter promotion code's but there was no where, so I called you. The agent told me how to enter it and stated the promotion expired in two week's. So the next week I did what he told me to do and I got the message that the promotion was over! I called back and spoke with a woman who said she would have a supervisor check into it and get back to me either by phone or by e-mail. Guess what? NO ONE CALLED!!! I called back again and I got another guy who said "Well I'm sorry we ran out of bears and you can't get one" So he offered me some point's and I checked and I never got those either! He could of offered me a free 12 pack of soda coupon at least!! All the money I spend on your product and you can't deliver on a promotion. I think I'll start drinking Pepsi and doing their point's instead! My friend never has a problem with there offer's and promotion's. I haven't done Pepsi point's but from what my friend who does tell's me she always get's what's promised. I don't need to deal with a company who can't come through with an offer that they put out. This has never happened to me ever before. I should of asked to speak with someone else because I didn't want the 50 lousy point's he offered me I wanted the bear! My granddaughter is very ill and I wanted to give her the bear. They are hard to find so when I spotted an offer to get one I was excited! Instead all I got was let down and no satisfaction.
I think when I run out of the point's I've collected I'm going to cancel my account, quit drinking coke product's and go to Pepsi.
