When I log-in all i get is a processing message. Before the new site i had no issues with logging in. What can i do

I can't even log in! I enter my login info, and it tries to tell me I have to re-register for the site.

Hi Lisa, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience. Our website will not perform if you’re using Private Browsing mode in Safari.
