losing points because server down!

I am on the verge of losing my points because I haven't entered any lately and I tried to log in to enter some but THE SERVER IS DOWN!!! I shouldn't lose my points due to YOUR problem!

Hello, we're sorry to hear that. Try using a different web browser to log in to your account. If your points have expired and you did not enter any codes or spend any points for a 90 day period, we will be glad to return the points. Just head over to the site: http://CokeURL.com/8pnf and talk to our new agent, Chip. He'll be happy to help get your point reinstated.

I use Facebook to log into my account and it works good

i use face book to log in to but it lets me but in3or 4 and then shuts down or kicks me of the site

It won't let me into my account. I should not lose my points I have posted. That would not be fair. I have tried. What should I do now???
