I send an email couple months about the first problem I had. I received email saying here is your digital rewards from $20 Omaha Steaks® E-Card. I did not redeem this. Then a couple of weeks later I received another email for 500 Priority Club® Rewards Points. I couple of days ago I received one for $ 5.00 Olive Garden. This morning is received a email for 10¢/gal savings on fuel . This is the reply I received a couple of months ago:

I send a second email no reply. I agree you have to confirm twice when You are ordering. I would not order something that I don't want or need. The only time I could think of is their is flaw in your system. I did log on mycokerewards this week and did not log off. I just x off. I see a pattern like when i don't log off , I receive these rewards in my email. I have lost about 800 point thing I don't want. The only thing I can used is the Olive Garden gift card. I use my own computer and don't have any kids that can be redeeming these items.
