I've been entering points religiously for a long time now and logged in this morning and my points are gone. Why? It's not an easy task to enter these points and a lot of free time wasted if I lose them like this.

Hi, Herb. Your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90-day period.
