lost points | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I had almost 3000 points and have lost all of them, could you tell me why and if we will get our points back, this is so frustrating and I feel it is wrong for you to take them. we spend a lot of money on coke products and was trying to get enough points to actually receive something worth having.
