I am having problems entering my codes.. One out of every 4 or so gives error message!! I am entering code from a new bottle of coke and I get message that code was previously used!!! My account no longer lets me review the list of codes. The customer service people told me they were crediting my account, I never doubted so I never kept track. this last week the rep told me she would credit my 15 points but I would have to wait 24 hours. I beleived and threw away my codes,. When I checked my balance there was no credit... ?
