lost points again

I would like to now why I was not given an email alert or at least a text saying that I was going to lose 3.000 points this is the second time that i lost over 1,000 points because I did not add codes to my account.

Hi Jessica, please check your spam folder to make sure the email did not end up there. We will be happy to reinstate your points though. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
