Can I get a subscription for someone else(mom)?

Yes I do it often. You receive a code and a link. Follow the ink, enter the code. t will ask for the name and address of the person who will receive the magazine. It is the publishing house that fulfills this so I have never had an issue and have done it about a dozen times.
