MCR site not working | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

When is the site going to be fixed so I can sign in and enter codes? I have been trying for 2 days and when I get the login screen it keeps reloading and will not allow me to input my info. I do not like that you dropped the weekly limit to 75 points. Put it back to 120. It seems like you are punishing your loyal customer base.

Our team is still working to roll out the necessary changes. As promised, we will make an announcement when the site is fully functional. Thank you for your patience.

To ensure the continued sustainability of the program, the weekly limit was updated to 75 points effective 1/20/2015. That point total does not include Bonus Points. You can track how many points you’ve earned every week in the Points History section of your “Full Profile.” These changes allow us to continue to offer rewards and sweepstakes to our members in exchange for the free codes found on products purchased for consumption.

I can't track ANYTHING until you get the website back up! What the heck, Coke? I used to think of you as a first-rate company, but not any more! Who's in charge of this program, anyway? You should give everyone a few hundred points for the inconvenience.

Hello Eric, We are aware of the errors preventing members from fully utilizing the site and are currently working to remedy these. We will post an update as soon as these errors have been fixed. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
