MCR AMC Tickets sent via Mail or Print out? Webcam malfunction possible reimbursement.

I'm thinking about getting your AMC tickets with my rewards, my question is will I be able to print them out the minute I submit my rewards or do they come in the mail? Also I received the Webcam with MCR's and the image is very blurr, I adjusted the setting many times. Even try it on 4 different computer and the same thing. I'm not satisfy with how can I return it and get reimburse for my points? Thank you

Hi Carmen, we're sorry that your webcam is not working as you expected. We will be happy to replace it or refund your points. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They will also be able to answer your question about AMC ticket fulfillment.
