MCR Card

Hello MCR... I recently discovered the Coke vending machine at my local Wal*Mart advertises the MCR Card to get free drinks. Your FAQ sheet says I can get a card at machines that dispense them, mine unfortunately does not. Can You provide any information on where I could obtain? Can these be requested through the mail? Any info would help & be Greatly appreciated!
