Never received prize from twitter..... | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Hello, I won a $25.00 McDonald Arch card from twitter on December 16, 2014 and I never received it. It is mark on my account as shipped but I never got it. I did email customer service twice and I got the Standard reply of wait 8-10 weeks. I waited and still nothing. Please let me know what I need to do to get my prize. thanks!

Hi Tiffany, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
