Merry Minutes Game | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

2 of my entries in the Merry Minutes game did not allow me to play, but my points were deducted. Can I get my points back? I do know how to play and other entries worked fine. On these 2 entries after submitting I was directed to a page text/data and after refreshing just back to entries. The game window never appeared.

I've been able to play the game before yesterday, but for past 2 days I haven't gotten to the game window. Cleared my cache but it still didn't work. Was using free entry so no loss of pts.

Hi Sheila and MaryJo, we're sorry to hear that and we understand it's frustrating. Since the game is an Instant Win, you still have the same chance of winning should the browser not detect flash and not load the game. We do recommend trying another browser in the future.
