Dear Customer Service people
I would like to Officially complain about this Mini Wet/Dry Vacuum I got from you. Actually, I’d like to send it back, so you can try it yourself. It’s worthless. I have tried for 3 months to get this thing to work right – kept thinking it wasn’t charged enough, trying different outlets in my house, or that I was trying to pick up something too heavy, but even after a Full charge, this thing isn’t even picking up Ashes or Dust.
I have gotten quite a few things with Points & have Always absolutely Loved my products, but this one is seriously lacking. Especially when you consider that I paid 1375 points for it – that’s a pretty decent sized chunk.
I do not have the original packaging or box, but would be more than happy to supply my own in Returning it to you. I would also like to request my Points back. However, since it has been 3 months today, I would accept another item in exchange, preferably either the Wireless Mouse (1000 Points), or the “5-in-1 Wireless Headphones” (1225 Points), both well under the 1375 that I paid for the Mini Vac.
I have been a True Coke fan since I was a kid, and at 43 now, have never been displeased with Anything from Coke (other than that “New Coke” crud), so I would Love to be able to say that “when something wasn’t right with something I ordered, Coke made it right.
I will be eagerly awaiting your response to this situation.
