I redeemed points 2 Amazon giftcard on 12/12/16 during the Holidays and spoke with a James and was told that there was a hangup on some of the e-mails and that they would send that week, but I never got the e-mails for those two, and I've ordered another Amazon card and a TJ max card today and also did not receive any e-mails for those two either. Is there something wrong with the e-mails sending or do I need to supply another e-mail. My e-mail is ericaaustin83@twc.com, and I've verified that it is correct in the system.
