missing reward

I redeemed some points for an e-gift card in October, assumed I would receive something via email but still nothing. Is the gift card information posted somewhere on my account and I just am looking in the wrong place, does it come via snail mail, or has something gone wrong? The website says the reward was fulfilled, where is it?

Hi Kristi, e-gift cards are emailed to the address associated with your MCR account at time of redemption. Please check the Spam and Junk Mail folders. If you are unable to locate the email, please add My Coke Rewards to your "Safe Senders" list and call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
