Missing Reward | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I redeemed my points for the 8 pin Olympic set on July 13 and haven't received them yet. I sent an email and the response was that I was given the points back. I DON'T WANT THE POINTS BACK. I WANT THE PINS. What happened that I didn't get them (the pins)?
