I redeemed points for a Barnes & Noble card on 5-25. Ireceived an email telling me to watch for another e-mail with a code in it. I never received that email. I contacted you by e-mail and was asked to call customer service. I did that on 6-27 and I received a e-mail that supposedly contained a case number. That number was listed as [Case.CaseNumber]. I have sent 2 follow up e-mails (on 6/28 and 6/29) asking what the case number is but have not received an answer. I have reached the point where I believe that I will never receive the reward and that your customer service sucks. If you should want to reach me, my e-mail address is mefields@iserv.net.
