Missing coupon

I only received 3 of my 4 coke coupons from the 30 point deal in December, and only received 3 confirmation emails. In my account, it says all 4 processed. How do I get my other coupon? I have waited 2 weeks since my last ones came, and still nothing.

After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time in the email confirmation. That's the best place to check. You can also give us a call if you do not receive it soon. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

I called about the same issue - I am missing one of my coupons and was told they will NOT re-issue another coupon, because the promotion is over and will just refund the 30 points. I really think they shouldn't put your reward has arrived on the outside of the postcards..
