missing diet coke bonus points

i got an email saying that in October you enter diet coke codes and get 15 extra bonus points for each code and i have yet to receive any extra points after i just entered one code. were are my 15 points?

Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They will make sure you get credited for those points.
