Missing email for point redemption | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I redeemed 940 points on 12/28/13 for AMC movies tickets and drinks. The last time I did this I was mailed 2 movies gift passes and 2 drink coupons. Apparently this has changed and now you send an email to me and I print it out and take it to the theatre. I was not aware of this change and do not have any emails from my coke rewards. Can you possibly re-send the email?
