Missing redemption code | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I need a redemption code for points used on 8/7/13. I ordered Country Living magazine but have not received the magazine. I checked with their subscription dept and they have no record of this order. I do not remember receiving or entering a redemption code. Please help!
