missing reward points | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Hi we are rewards members and we bought 6 cases of the 32 bottle Dasani packages at Walmart. Can you please give us credit for at least the 20 bottle packages? We only drink Dasani and when we find special packages like the 32 pks we buy them. But I will have to re-think this due to not having the Reward Codes on them. Why don't you offer reward codes on all packages? We are still purchasing your products. This is not fair, we paid a higher price for them after all.
Please let me know what you are able to do for us.

Hi Jennifer, unfortunately, not all Coca-Cola products are part of the My Coke Rewards program. There are many factors that go into the decision, and we do invite you to check out other brands that participate in the program here: http://CokeURL.com/fn8k.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to credit you points for these packages.

That sucks. I bought the 32 pks too. Should at least give the 20 points on those. Try and save a little money buying the bigger packs and get no points... boooo
