Missing rewards | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have a couple of questions. I never received my cosmopolitan subscription that I turned my points in for. It says I need a redemption code. I never received one. Also, I have 7 rewards that are still processing from all the way back in November 2013. When will those be mailed out?

Hi Nicole, you will receive a code to the email address you have associated with your My Coke Rewards account. Be sure to check your spam folder as well. You can check the status of your order by visiting your Account and selecting, "Redemption History". You will also receive an estimated shipping time in your order confirmation email.

I haven't received an email with a code. I've checked all my folders. Also I've checked redemption history several times. Why are my rewards from November and December of last year still processing?

I just checked again I actually have rewards dating back to September of last year that are still processing!
