My husband (Michael Lowhorn) won a free ticket from Southwest Airlines during the Coke Zero Super Bowl sweepstakes, which has to be used by 5/1. He was told it was sent on 2/6 via FEDEX, but he wasn't given a tracking number (it was given as "unknown"). As of today, still no ticket. It doesn't take over a week to send something by FEDEX anywhere in the U.S., and why no tracking number? He tried e-mailing Coke Rewards yesterday morning to see if someone could check into it, but all he was given was a reference number (01096057) for his request. A second request for info was sent late yesterday afternoon with that reference number, and it was completely ignored. Can anyone here help? Even just to say, "Hey, we're checking into it"?

I still haven't received my 2 Gold AMC Movie Theater tickets I won from the Coke Zero Super Bowl sweepstakes game. The tracking number also said "UNKNOWN" and it's been 10 business days. It said I'd receive it in 7-10 business days and I still haven't gotten it.
I haven't received mine either.
I finally got my movie tickets last month. But the stuff I won from the Coke Zero March Madness NCAA basketball bracket challenge and team gear I ordered haven't been shipped to me. I called Coke rewards over a week ago and talked to someone. The lady told me to wait 8-10 weeks and they still haven't been shipped!
