My husband (Michael Lowhorn) won a free ticket from Southwest Airlines during the Coke Zero Super Bowl sweepstakes, which has to be used by 5/1. He was told it was sent on 2/6 via FEDEX, but he wasn't given a tracking number (it was given as "unknown"). As of today, still no ticket. It doesn't take over a week to send something by FEDEX anywhere in the U.S., and why no tracking number? He tried e-mailing Coke Rewards yesterday morning to see if someone could check into it, but all he was given was a reference number (01096057) for his request. A second request for info was sent late yesterday afternoon with that reference number, and it was completely ignored. Can anyone here help? Even just to say, "Hey, we're checking into it"?
