Mobile App isn't working

When will the mobile app be working properly again?

I haven't been able to use it in months. I just received an email warning about points expiring due to inactivity, so I'm going to assume whatever change went into effect for the MCR program in January is what's causing the problem. It's ironic that a loyalty rewards program is creating a bunch of unhappy customers.

If it matters, I use an iPhone.

Hi Brian, please update your MCR app It's currently available in the Google Play store and will be available in the Apple App store soon. Points do expire. This happens after a period of inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for 90 days.
