When will the mobile app be working properly again?
I haven't been able to use it in months. I just received an email warning about points expiring due to inactivity, so I'm going to assume whatever change went into effect for the MCR program in January is what's causing the problem. It's ironic that a loyalty rewards program is creating a bunch of unhappy customers.
If it matters, I use an iPhone.
