MP3 player not good product.

I got the mp3 player for my husband because he needed something for his car. The mp3 player starts from the beginning of the list every time you turn it on, you cannot skip folders, nor can it shuffle. Battery life is terrible (approx 4 hours even if it is off). I can deal with the battery life, but can you at least give a little more information in the descriptions you put for rewards. Had I have known the mp3 player did not have a shuffle or something else I would not have requested it. Also after 3 days of attempting to use, it already does not work. Bad product.
