My eCard email did not go through

As of less than an hour ago I redeemed my points for the $10 Amazon egift card as you are all doing the 170 points for a card. The status of the reward said 'fulfilled' but I did not get a code or email. I have checked my inbox and spam again even did a full search on any email with the word coke in it.

Can i get the code sent to my account again: chocopacotaco@gmail.com

Hi, Derek. Please contact our consumer care so they can send you the email. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent.
