My points disappeared and I did not get my orders. | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

My points are gone. My internet was disconnected in April and I just got it back on. I have alot of codes to enter. Also, I ordered a People magazine and never received it nor does it show up that I ordered but it took my points. I also ordered a Nike e card and it says fulfilled but never received it either.
