I redeemed points and got a message saying it debited my account but failed to give me the gift card and unavailable to credit my account back and I needed to contact customer service

Hi LaTanya, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
