My acct was evidently hacked on 5/29. I've tried emailing, with no response. I had over 2800 points saved up to cash in for theme park tickets. When I went to add more codes, it said my balance was 32. Upon further investigation, on 5/29, someone, not me, redeemed a $20 Petco ecard & a $20 Barnes & Noble ecard. I did not even receive an email that points had been redeemed. If I had inadvertently redeemed the points, I would chock it up to my stupidity & use the gifts. I RECEIVED NOTHING! I wasn't even on the website that day. I would really like this looked into & resolved. It's not my fault someone hacked my acct. I even went in & changed my password when I found out what happened. Please help me to resolve this!
