My address is not accepted in the magazine offer site.

On the Redbook offer, my address is not accepted. It says to check with the USPS. I did and it shows up like i typed in the fields. I want the magazine and i think the points were deducted already. I am already upset about the last item i ordered from Coke, a very cheap plastic tote for a laptop. Just so cheap looking, anyhow that's another matter that i have NOT heard back from your company. Please help with my magazine problem with getting my address to go through. Thanks. Carol Jocoy
