I was told I am probably locked out for trying too much, but was told it was a good code. was told to clear my cache and try tomorrow but deal ends today. if this is prob, why can't I do on mobile or text

I taked to chip, bu the could only help me on some. I had many codes to put in and was trying to get the ftd special. I ended up 3 short and chip said his help was maxed out. Is there anyway to get the ftd offer for 150 points. I put 3 more points in this morning and it worked. I tried all last evening and was not working but text, compter (2 other computers) or mobile. Thanks.
