My Coke Rewards stopped reading codes that I put in for 12-packs and 20-packs

Every time I try to enter a code from a 12-pack or a 20-pack, My Coke Rewards tells me that it cannot read the code. I've been having this problem ever since I first contacted My Coke Rewards about a code not reading properly. I have no problem putting codes from caps, but I would like to easily put my codes from bigger packages on my account without going through this hassle of contacting My Coke Rewards every single time when a code doesn't work! Please help, thanks!

Hi Marcella, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the codes. At this time the only way to be credited for those points is to contact us if they are not being accepted. Feel free to collect a few before contacting us though and we will be glad to credit you for multiple codes at once.
