on 8/3/2012 I spent 250 pts. on a coupon for a free 12pk. of soda. Usually I get an email saying that its been done and on its way but I never got one. Can you help me with this please?
I have also have the same problem. I ordered two 12 pack coupons in December (I know, it was a long time ago), but I never got the e-mail confirmation and waited the 8-10 weeks with nothing. When I click on the "track shipment" link, it says I will ship in the next 5-6 weeks? How can that be? Please help.

I never got my coupons that I ordered back in November and December, I already called the 866 number and although they gave me the credits back she never said she would have someone look into the matter she wasnt freindly at all and I could barley understand her, I am just wondering why you guys wouldnt want to find out what happend to my coupons I would be and am very disappointed that it dosnt seem to bother your company.
