my point that I worked so hard for are GONE, and I just added some a couple weeks ago!

I got an email at the end of February letting me know that I needed to add points to my account so my points dont expire.... so I added some from my cell app right away. Today I have some free time and was going to add a bunch more. ALL OF MY POINTS ARE GONE!!!! I added some a couple weeks ago. How can this be fixed?!?!

Our team on the phone can get you those points right back then, Noel. You can call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
