My points disappeared after only being add to my account for a few days.

I added 119 points last week. I signed yesterday Dec 2nd and all my points were gone "0" balance. I had not used them. I tried unsuccessfully to get a $5 McD's card' but the site was down most of yesterday. Where did my points go? I need them put back into my account. This week, today (Dec. 3rd) I added 118 points. Please add my 119 points back from last week that magically disappeared. Thanks.

Your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90 day period. We will be glad to return the points though, please give us a call anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday at 866-674-2653 to speak with an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. We appreciate your patience.
