My points disappeared after only being added to my account for a few days.

I added 119 points last week. I signed in yesterday Dec 2nd and all my points were gone "0" balance. I had not used them. I tried unsuccessfully to get a $5 McD's card' but the site was down most of yesterday. Where did my points go? I need them put back into my account. This week, today (Dec. 3rd) I added 118 points. Please add my 119 points back from last week that magically disappeared. Thanks.
