I just spent 700 points to get 10 free Napster/Rhapsody mp3 downloads. The site www.napster.com/coke will not load. Please either reinstate my 700 points, or tell me how to redeem my reward. My digital code is TBYCM5JX. Thank you. Brantley Watkins (bwatkins4@nc.rr.com)

Hi Brantley, we are sorry that you are having issues with this. If you wouldn't mind please giving us a call, we would be happy to look into this for you. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
