Need help with merging two MCR accounts | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I need to change the email address on my MCR account due to hacking, I forgot that some time ago I opened an MCR account with my secondary email so I can't just update the information. This is apparently too difficult for the "help" chat and the phone contact number has only three options, none of which deals with the issue. There has to be a way to get my 200+ points on the second MCR account and delete the other account.

Hi Anna, if you follow these instructions when you call, you can get through to an agent. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

NOT SOLVED! I went through the steps outlined in the reply and got a very nice person who verified information and then sent be back to "Chip" with instructions. I have tried this multiple times and only get an error: Error: The '[' character, hexadecimal value 0x5B, cannot be included in a name.

I got to the contact box and the message won't go through, I am getting a similar error.

The original account email address is galadhrim2003@yahoo.com. I gave the on-line rep the secondary email that is now my main address and it should be in your records. This is the account I forgot had been opened until I tried to change the email address.
