Hey Scott, here are some steps. We hope this helps.
1. On the Desktop, right click on "My Computer" and select "Manage"
2. Select "Device Manager"
3. Turn on your MP3 player
4. Plug in your MP3 Player into your PC via the USB Cable.
5. Look in the "Device Manager" to ensure that your PC is recognizing your MP3 player.
6. Next close the Device Manager Window and double click on "My Computer" on your desktop.
7. Double click on the MP3 Player
8. Locate the Folder in which your Music is stored and drag and drop the files to your MP3 Player Folder that is open.
9. Once completed disconnect your MP3 Player and enjoy your music.
1. Of the three icons on the side opposite the USB port, press and HOLD the middle one to turn on and off the device. The top icon plays the most recent song and the bottom advances to the next. (You can tell by the "minus" and "plus" symbols.)
