Never Received $10 Amazon e-gift card

On 11/28 I redeemed my points for the $10 Amazon egift card. The status of the reward said 'fulfilled' yet I never got the email with the code. I contacted customer service, but didn't get nowhere there. They basically told me to check my inbox and spam again. I did. Still didn't get the email.

 Can I please get the code resent to roxyreynolds23@gmail.com

I would really appreciate the help!
