Never recieved my reward code

Hi i recently redeemed a $10 Amazon card for 690 points, the transaction went through however a email was never sent with my code. This is the first time this has happened to me and i am wondering if someone could help me resolve this issue. The email i am currently using is the only email that has ever been used on my mycokerewards account. my email is h.zheng12@yahoo.com
